Harvest: handpicked the first days of October.
Vineyards age: 20 years.
Vinification: Maceration at low temperature for 48 hours after crushing. Fermented with our own yeast culture (ZM86), isolated from our vineyard of Mavrud.
Unfiltered, noble sediment may appear.
Ageing: 6 months in Bulgarian oak barriques
Enologist: Tatyana Stefanova.
Bottled quantity: 2970 bottles.
